Citrix certifications
This is an update to my article at:

Citrix has launched its Citrix Certified Integration Architect / CCIA credential. This program focuses on Citrix-recommended best practices for the design, implementation and integration of its technologies. This is a tough, top-level certification.
You must pass these three Citrix exams:
222 -- Citrix MetaFrame XP Presentation Server, Feature Release 3: Administration
610 -- Citrix Core Technologies and Architecture
611 -- Citrix Design, Integration and Methodology
You must also pass one of these Microsoft design exams:
70-219 -- Designing a Microsoft Windows® 2000 Directory Services Infrastructure
70-220 -- Designing Security for a Microsoft Windows 2000 Network
70-221 -- Designing a Microsoft Windows 2000 Network Infrastructure
70-226 -- Designing Highly Available Web Solutions with Microsoft Windows 2000
70-297 -- Designing a Microsoft Windows Server 2003™ Active Directory® and Network Infrastructure
70-298 -- Designing Security for a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Network
You must provide proof you passed one of the above Microsoft design exams when you register for the CCIA six hour hands-on lab exam administered at Citrix Worldwide Headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
612 -- Citrix Certified Integration Architect Lab

Changes to other Citrix certifications take effect on May 1, 2004.
To get the CCA / Citrix Certified Administrator credential, you must now pass these two tests:
222 -- Citrix MetaFrame XP Presentation Server, Feature Release 3: Administration
310 Citrix MetaFrame 1.0 for UNIX
Plus, you must take two eLearning courses and pass the exams:
CTX-1300BW Citrix MetaFrame Secure Access Manager 2.2: Introduction
CTX-1320AW Citrix MetaFrame Password Manager: Introduction

To pass the CCEA / Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator certification, you must pass these exams:
222 -- Citrix MetaFrame XP Presentation Server, Feature Release 3: Administration
913 -- Citrix MetaFrame XP Presentation Server, Enterprise Edition, Feature Release 3: Administration
962 -- Citrix MetaFrame XP: Securing and Deploying Applications Over the Web
992 -- Citrix MetaFrame XP Presentation Server, Feature Release 3: Deployment and Support
Plus, you must take and pass one of these two elective tracks and their exams:
Track 1
721 -- Citrix Metaframe Secure Access Manager: Administration
Track 2
972 -- Citrix MetaFrame Password Manager: Administration

The CCSP / Citrix Certified Sales Professional credential now requires that you take and pass the following required courses:
CTX-1601AW Citrix Access Infrastructure: Strategies and Solutions
CTX-1602AW Selling Citrix Products and Services
CTX-1603AW Citrix MetaFrame Access Suite: Selling and Positioning
CTX-1604AW Citrix Access Infrastructure: Total Cost of Ownership and Return on Investment
CTX-1605AW Citrix Access Infrastructure: Networking Concepts
You must also take and pass two of the following elective courses:
CTX-1219AW Citrix MetaFrame XP Presentation Server: Selling and Positioning
CTX-1242AW Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server 1.2 for UNIX: Selling and Positioning
CTX-1302BW Citrix MetaFrame Secure Access Manager 2.2: Selling and Positioning
CTX-1322AW Citrix MetaFrame Password Manager: Selling and Positioning
CTX-1331AW Citrix MetaFrame Conferencing Manager: Selling and Positioning

All other Citrix exams associated with these certifications are being discontinued effective May 1, 2004.
