Visual Basic

Visual Basic as such is basically a dead-end street.
Microsoft has drastically transformed its visual
programming into VB.NET, part of its .NET Framework.
Visual Basic 6 is the last version with that name.
So at this point Visual Basic is not worth considering
for a computer career. Lots of people already know it
and many are still using it, but it's not going
anywhere. There will be little new demand for it.
Learn VB.NET instead, which is supposedly harder than
Visual Basic.
