This certification is pretty much the same.

You still have to demonstrate instructional
ability through Microsoft or having another,
recognized teaching certification.

You also have to have taken and passed the
test for which you are teaching the class for,
so you must be an MCP for that subject.

You are also required to keep your Microsoft
Certified Teacher title up to date by teaching
and evaluating at least 15 students in an
annual period, completing an online application
every October and paying an annual fee.
